What's the best way to get back on track? Had gastric bypass in 2004 lost 140 lbs but gained back 100lbs. Should i just do shakes? Bmi is 49.7.

Depends . . .: How many eggs you're allowed to eat each day depends not upon your body mass index, age, gender, etc but rather whether you have heart disease or not, high cholesterol or not, and who you ask and when - b/c opinion (and science) change.
