Diagnosing high BP: High blood pressure typically requires multiple readings in different areas (not just the doctor's office). If you are not feeling well, then I do recommend getting treatment as soon as possible. But it is something you should monitor. Check it again later, and again a few days later, and once again next week. This will give you a better idea of your actual pressure. ...Read more

Depends on History: "normal" blood pressure is estimated at 120/80. A blood pressure of 133/95 is not necessarily that high, but its severity depends on any preexisting medical conditions you may have. My age is 40 and my blood pressure is 90/130 .Thish blood pressure is normal or not please inform me.How can reduce blood pressure.?
What's recommendation if my diastolic blood pressure is high (80-90) but systolic blood pressure is normal (115-125)?
Not that high: Pain and anxiety can raise one's blood pressure, but when the systolic number is over 160 or the diastolic is over 100, the is unlikely all related to pain or "white coat" hypertension. I would talk to your doctor if your blood pressure has been that high at your dentist's office. He/she will want to recheck that ASAP. Phenylephrine can raise blood pressure a bit too, but not that much. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

BP is hidden internal behavior which we adjust constantly, moment by moment. Read values yourself! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
