Restless leg syndrome in a child but involved their whole body. What could it be?

My 7months baby has subclinical hypothyroidism & always seems so restless and difficult to fall asleep. Is there any relationship between them?

Hypothyroid infant: Thyroid dysfunction can be associated with sleep disturbance usually hyperthyroidism/ too much thyroid replacement. In my experience restlessness can be found in both hypo & hyperthyroidism. Follow up now with a pediatric endocrinologist, as untreated infant hypothyroidism has lifelong cognitive effects.
