Frequent/avid bowler. Last couple weeks my throwing arm hurts a lot, in upper forearm to lower bicep area. By the end of the game I'm fine. Tendon?

To answer this question I would need to know where the pain is. Regardless, if you have persistant pain with working out I would stop doing the painful exercises and see if the pain resolves. If not it is time for an eval with your friendly neighborhood orthopaedic surgeon.

Go see ur Family Doc: Is pain in joint or muscle? Any injury or trauma? Any break in skin? Redness? Red streaks? Boil or pocket of pus? Any repetitive motions? If no evidence of infection, consider RICE: rest, ice, compression & elevation. Also consider over-the-counter pain relievers if not allergic and no contraindications (reasons not to do so). Muscle/tendon strain: It would be somewhat unusual for a vein in your arm to hurt. I suspect that the discomfort may be coming from some of the muscles or tendons in the area that are strained from lifting. If you do note that the vein specifically is tender or swollen have the area examined. Consider taking a break from lifting and then reducing the amount of weight or reps to see if that helps.
