Just saw this : Sorry if you were not helped before your exam, but for the future, find a therapist who can teach you some relaxation techniques and do progressive desensitization (behavior modification technique) to overcome test anxiety. Gym training or: some simple exercise is good for mind and body health. Why did you stop? Your anxiety may have increased because you wonder about that choice. You might consider a second opinion from another psychiatrist and/or psychologist -- i don't know which of these your term "psych" refers to.
