Sounds like a sprain: Need to take a break from treadmill. Air cast might help.! ice it 15 min 3 times a day for 15in for 3 days then change to heat. Treatment options: Begin with rest, ice massage, otc anti-inflammatories, & stretching the foot/ heel throughout the day. Make sure you are wearing shoes with an appropriate amount of support...
