A visit to the: Dentist and pediatrician i'm assuming have already been done. Good hygiene (oral and overall) are obviously paramount. With that said there is a dental rinse called smart mouth available otc that I have had patients report really helps. Make sure the brushing of the teeth and tongue is happening at least 2x/day for at lest 2 minutes each time. A tongue brush system by tung is also very good. ...Read more

Must also floss him daily, can-t get between teeth with toothbrush. Important that your son be seen immediately by General Dentist or preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist. Antibiotics won't help and medicine like Tylenol (acetaminophen) will sabotage her immune system and prolong her illness; OK to give that if she feels miserable but best to let it run its course. Lots of reasons: Causes of bad breath are many , could come from the oral cavity, gastric or max. Sinuses .
In your case the cause probably is the oral cavity, since you have two old fixed bridges on both sides, changing them is optional, checking for recurrent decay or gum inflammation under or around them through periodic recall visits to your dentist, and maintaining good oral hygiene is a must. ...Read more
