My boy is 10weeks old. Some of family members suggest me to massage his body 3-4times in a week with mustard oil. Is this hygienic or healthy practice?
Seems healthy but...: This is a traditional ayurvedic practice. I am not an expert on ayurveda but have great respect for it.
