I was running 2 weeks ago and i think i hurt my calf muscle. I've stretched out all my leg muscles but that one part. Is there anything else i can do?

I wake up almost every night from pulling my calf muscles and having horrible muscle spasms to follow then can't walk on the leg?

Upper thigh pain can also be due to poor circulation especially if you are a past smoker. Overexercise which causes cramping, and lack of stretching may also be a cause.
