Experiencing muscle spasms under left breast diaphragm area as well as tenderness in back of upper left back, with a lot of burping.Lung congestion to?

See your physician: Say "pain", not "muscle spasm"; you may unintentionally mislead your physician. Any upper abdominal pain with upper back pain radiation is suspicious for pancreatic pain. While it can be a benign gastroduodenitis, you must not miss a more serious diagnosis, like pancreatitis, or a duodenal ulcer penetrating into the head of the pancreas. See your physician. ...Read more

Muscle spasms under right rib cage with something bluging like a hernia below the breast bone. sometimes i have to push it back in.sever pain.

Muscle spasm: This could be a muscle spasm. I have heard this description many times before. Hernias do not occur in the upper abdomen by the rib cage. They do occur in the middle. The muscle spasm can cause severe pain, and "ball up", mimicking a hernia. Best however to see your primary care provider for a more complete evaluation. ...Read more

My left breast just started twitching um muscle spasm or something more serious? I could see the twitching

My left breast just started twitching um muscle spasm or something more serious? I could see the twitching

Probably not serious: This is likely a fasciculation, localized muscle twitching which is usually not serious, esp. if it happens rarely. It can be related to deficiencies of calcium, potassium and esp. magnesium, so supplementing with magnesium, esp. as mag. taurate or glycinate is worth considering- see http://drcarolyndean.com/magnesium_miracle/ Stress may also contribute to fasciculations. ...Read more

I'm having fluttering in the middle of my stomach but upper below my breasts. Is this muscle spasms or my heart? I don't think my hearts near this

I'm having fluttering in the middle of my stomach but upper below my breasts. Is this muscle spasms or my heart? I don't think my hearts near this

Could be either: Here's what you should do - next time you feel the fluttering, immediately check your pulse at your wrist. If it's regular and seems to be a normal rate (generally 60-100 per minute), it's not your heart. If it's irregular or really fast (generally >150) during the fluttering, it is your heart. You may need to try this several times over several days to be sure you've really got it down. ...Read more

I've been having muscle cramps into the left side of my chest/left breast. Are these coronary muscle spasms?

No: At your age, very unlikely to have coronary muscle spasm. Your heart is normal, unless I am not aware of a heart condition. However most likely this is an intercostal or rib pain in the area. Also could be do to muscle spasm as well. ...Read more
