Muscle Soreness Twitching
I get cold chills when everyone is not cold. I constantly worry, muscle twitches, sore joints, shortness of breath, and muscle tension. What is wrong?
impossible to say: Can't say in this brief forum but you sound stressed out - does that fit? All of your symptoms could certainly be explained by hyperventilation and tension. Shaking chills are ominous if they're followed by fever. Independently, they're not significant/worrisome. Have you had a full checkup? ...Read more

Can ALS cause muscle soreness and mild pain in my bicep. I have twitching there too. Could the twitching and soreness be just from a pulled muscle?
Check out my answer: I just sent you off an answer. You may relax. Your symptoms are not typical or even mildly suggestive of ALS. Your age is younger than any described case in history of what is referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease or the classical form of ALS. If there's no obvious reason for the soreness in the biceps and it persists you should see your doctor. But rest assured the diagnosis will not come back ALS. ...Read more

My bicep is sore and it is occasionally twitching. Is this serious, or could it be a pulled muscle? Could it be ALS?
Multifactorial: Your twitches may be related to any number of reasons including stress, stimulant overuse (for example, caffeine), overexercise, or nutritional deficiencies. Given your age and without any other neurological symptoms, the chances of ALS are lower. See your physician if the symptoms don't resolve.
