See your doctor: All those symptoms appear unrelated. It is very unusual for someone of your age to have spinal compression fractures without significant trauma. So if you really do have compression fractures, you need to find out what is causing those fractures? You will need to undergo a physical exam, and various diagnostic work-up, to understand what's is causing these issues. ...Read more

Get checked...: If worse with movement of muscle, it's probably musculo-skeletal related but really pain in chest should never be treated lightly. Consider getting a checkup asap if this is persisting. ...Read more
