What are you doing?: First, are you sure this is the diagnosis? What labs have you had done & results? Are you on any treatment? This needs to be discussed more a diagnosis made and treatment may need to be started now. With a little more information some treatment should also be able to be started. It is important to know , if you did a work out and this started the pains , it may be related to muscle over work, on the other hand it varies according to your age and also to the objective evaluation of the muscles and joints . If there is myositis (inflammation of the muscle)or arthritis( inflammation of the joints) it might be related to a disease and it ought to be evaluated by a physician .
