Dislocation: I will assume that someone corrected (reduced) the dislocation. The most likely reason is simply the way you are holding your shoulder. Less likely would be to relative atrophy. With proper rehabilitation this should resolve. Your muscles are tense also from how you are "holding" your shoulder. I suggest seeing an orthopaedist.
