Keep working out: As you become more fit you should experience less pain with the same intensity workout. If the cramps continue see an orthopaedic surgeon who will evaluate you for a possible abdominal wall herniation from your c-section. Should get checked: Could be sign of endometriosis where the endometrial glands (what bleeds every month during one's period) are in abnormal locations, and by their blood accumulating in these locations (or scar tissue associated with blood) cause symptoms such as pain.
