I get cold chills when everyone is not cold. I constantly worry, muscle twitches, sore joints, shortness of breath, and muscle tension. What is wrong?
Impossible to say: Can't say in this brief forum but you sound stressed out - does that fit? All of your symptoms could certainly be explained by hyperventilation and tension. Shaking chills are ominous if they're followed by fever. Independently, they're not significant/worrisome. Have you had a full checkup?

Problematic: The combination of symptoms could mean that a simple viral upper respiratory chest infection is now tracking lower down into the lungs. Jaw pain, whiplash, anxiety, arm numbness, muscle weakness, shortness of breath, feel really weak/fatigued, lack of motivation, feel faint, pleasehelp?
Wow, too complex: Mentioning whiplash suggests u had an injury? Whiplash is graded based upon the extent of "systemic symptoms". These (dizzy/faint, nausea, headaches, etc) result from unbalance sympathetic nervous system response to the "shock" of the injury. More serious injuries need to be ruled out however.See 1 more doctor answer
Dry rough cough fits when take deep breaths, chest pain, shortness of breath, body aches, fatigue, sore throat, sneezing, headache, nausea. Ideas?
Flu like illness: It sounds like you have a respiratory infection- whether that's the flu or any one of other germs remains in question. If you see a doctor, they can perform diagnostic tests to help figure out what you have (cultures, blood work, chest X-rays etc). You may have 'reactive airways' - something like asthma that could trigger the paroxysms of cough you describe. Hope you can schedule an apt with doc.
Do I have pneumonia? My chest and muscles around my lungs ache. I have shortness of breath, and I feel exhausted. I recently breathed some black mold
Exam needed: Discomfort in the chest and rib cage along with shortness of breath require evaluation. Typical symptoms of pneumonia include pleurisy (Sharp pain on inspiration), cough, fever, chills and sweats. Shortness of breath may occur. Your symptoms are nonspecific at this time, but I recommend an evaluation by a physician who will order the appropriate tests for diagnosis and proper treatment.
Not Cancer: It is highly unlikely that those symptoms are related to any type of cancer. I suggest a general examination and getting a general blood test including a Western Blot test for Lyme. Often our physical symptoms are related to other stresses in our life, as well, so it would be a good opportunity to assess those.See 2 more doctor answers
