Syringe may help: They sell cleaning kits for ears in the pharmacies which have large syringes. I always advise to use warm soapy water for these types of cleanings. At the same time, I advise caution when doing anything with the ear canal & if you're not sure of what you are doing or if things are going the right way then you should stop and see your doctor.
