How long does it take a ten day course of Augmentin 875-125 to leave your system? I finished the medication seven days ago.
Definitely out: The medication has quite a short half-life, which is why it is taken 2x a day- since the first dose in the morning wears away, then you need a second dose. Generally we think of 5x the half-life as a 'complete' elimination of the drug - so you are well beyond that... it would have been totally gone after a couple days. If you're having symptoms of some kind though, you should check with a doc. ...Read more
What do I dfo fro an irritated vagina? It's dry and red cuzz I put too much soap down there? It's not an STD I just got back negative results a week ago. I was on medication for BV for seven days. I finished that medication a few days ago.
You likely had an allergic reaction to the soap you used. Try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream to the external vaginal area. If this persists you may be dealing with a yeast infection, you can then try a yeast infection cream. If you still have symptoms visit your doctor again.
Best of luck. ...Read more
I had unprotected anal sex (without ejaculating) with a man who insisted he was HIV negative and on the medication Truvada. I was the dominant partner (top). That was exactly seven days ago today. Yesterday and today I have felt sore muscles (though that
Virtually zero risk: Probably your partner is taking Truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir) as pre-exposure prophylaxis against HIV (PrEP), so he is unlikely to have HIV. Or maybe he is HIV infected but "negative" meant undetectable viral load. Either way, your HIV risk from this single exposure is extremely low, zero for practical purposes. Your symptoms aren't from new HIV: 7 days is too soon, and sore muscles alone is unlikely due to HIV. ...Read more

If I took a drug test that showed I had a marijuana level of 111 would I be clean in seven days from the day I took the test and tested positive?
No: It depends on how often you use marijuana (thc). If it's only 1 time, your urine test may be positive up to 8 days or so. Urine remains positive for a longer time with frequency of use. For 2-4 times per month, your urine thc could be positive up to 3 weeks. For using 2-3 times/week, this becomes 23-35 days. With daily usage, it's 49-90 days. Hair remains positive for 90 days after using. ...Read more

I have a friend who is twenty seven weeks pregnant she's done herione during the pregnancy and meth once what are the chances of these drugs showing up?
Wrong question: Forgive my frankness. If you're really her friend, you need to ask, "What can I do to help my friend stop doing these drugs, so that she can be a decent parent? " The BEST thing that can happen is that her drug abuse will be detected, Baby put someplace safe away from a drug-abusing mother, and your friend getting clean. I can't help her, but perhaps you can. Please give it a try. Best wishes. ...Read more
Incomplete info: You did not provide units of measure, it is mg/dl or mmols/l? All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that. It is preferable to have the whole lipid profile rather than just cholesterol levels. It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor. ...Read more
