Trauma to lower backresulting in multiple lumps just above the si jointover the erector spinae group and lumbarcausing me to lean forward?
Back spasm: The lumps may be the bony prominences in this area or can be a muscle spasm. If your pain is persistent and radiates down a leg, imaging may be needed to help with diagnosis. The leaning forward is a way of decompressing the spinal canal. This may take pressure off a nerve root. If leaning back exacerbates pain, i recommend seeing your doctor and possible imaging. ...Read more
I have never done a breast check before and i'm not sure if I am doing it right or pushing too hard. However i feel multiple lumps. Is this normal?
Breast lumps: Breast lumps, usually very small cysts or small collections of fibrous tissue (adenomas) are very common and are considered normal. No need to worry about this. The current scientific evidence states that breast self-exams are no longer recommended because they are inefficient for screening for cancer. Best to get mammograms at the recommended age (50). If it persists, revision may be necessary. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
I have multiple lumps/bumps under my jaw and/or upper neck. They don't hurt and move pretty easily. Are these lumps normal?
I've been thinking that the lumps I've been feeling were just my rib cage or natural lumpiness of my small breasts, what could it be?
Can't tell online: Without knowing more about where these lumps are, what they feel like, if they have changed or grown, if they're tender, what they look like, the shape, AND without examining you, it is impossible to say what these might be. There are lots of things that cause lumps, and almost all of them are NOT breast cancer. Please see a doctor for an exam! Good luck! ...Read more
