LASIK and kids: We have had many of our lasik patients have kids, and there has not been a change in their results following child birth. This includes a number of employees in my practice who had lasik, and then later had kids. There visual results were not affected with child birth. I hope this helps. ...Read more

That's why it's usually recommended that your refraction be unchanged on consecutive annual visits before pursuing lasik.
