Maybe not: I assume that you are in some type of splint. Swelling from this type of injury can be severe enough to diminish blood flow to your hand. If fingers are swollen and stiff, and the splint feels too tight, please let your doctor know so, it can be loosened. ...Read more

Certainly: Certainly could be. Immediate pain in an extremity after falling on it, followed by bruising shortly after are some of the hallmarks of a fracture. Should be iced for 48 hrs, seen by a medical professional asap and x-rayed. ...Read more

Depends: Would need to see X-rays to see where the fracture is/how displaced or otherwise, how long after the injury and then we'd know whether this was appropriate or not. Most likely U have -: An Ulnar neuropathy, called the Cubital Tunnel syndrome, which I call the "Funny Bone Nerve Irritation", which occurs in the elbow area.
Keeping the Elbow straighter will help, specially at night time.
Seeing an Orthopedist to confirm and a Neurologist to do the test for it would be helpful. Surgery will be necessary if t doesn't improve.

Swelling in the hands and fingers and joints makes everyting feel tight and if the fingers are not gently mobilized, stiffness and even contracture can set in. A sprain can be mild: Moderate or severe. If there is laxity in the joint then at times surgery is needed. If the joint is stable often splinting in the proper position temporarliy to reduce swelling followed by buddy taping for protection and gentle return of mtion will help.
