Confusing question?: Are you pregnant already? If so then you should not be having periods at all. The mucous plug is expelled a few ays or weeks before labor. If you are 7 days late and are not sure if you are pregnant then take a test. It would be way to early for a baby to be big enough to have a bowel movement and pass meconium.
