Yes: I assume u are neat term, it can come out all at once or over a number of weeks , both cases are normal and u will notice more once your OB starts cervical exams usually at 37 wks, ideal time to deliver is 39-40 weeks - best outcome for the baby so do not go past your due date I do not allow any of my pts to go past and none of mine want to , induction is safe and easy at term and my pts want it. ...Read more

From your description it may be many different things including bacterial versus fungal infection, fistula ( hole between two canals) and a few other possibilities. I would recommend going to see your doctor or a local urgent care. I hope this helps.

YOUR OB SHOULD HAVE: Already gone over all of that with u ! call your OB that is their job to tell you everything to expect like i take the extra time to explain all of that to my OB pts., it really doesn't matter which one as long as you do not think u have an infection or that your water has not broke, you can lose your mucous plug at once or over days and it can happen 1 day - 4 weeks before labor. ...Read more
