Depends....: Not knowing your age, medical hx........it may be simple gastritis or acid peptic disease related to Helicobactor pylori. Get tested for that, cut down on spicy hot food, take something like, Prilosac in the interim for relief. ...Read more

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
