Your doctor needs to correlate the size/distribution/number of lesions in the context of your clinical picture. Not to worry: It sounds like a part of the report is missing. In identified white matter what? Most white matter signal findings in young patients may be related to blood vessels. Small blood vessels and the space around them can have signal. I would ask for a better explanation . Still if only blood vessel spaces dot worry.
