Clarithromycin: The elimination half-life of Clarithromycin was about 3 to 4 hours with 250 mg administered every 12 hours but increased to 5 to 7 hours with 500 mg administered every 8 to 12 hours. If you wait 5 half-lives (about 20-35 hours) all the drug should essentially be gone from your body. So if you wait 2 days you should be fine.

For what: Azithromycin usually does not effect your period unless your on oral contraceptives. (it can change your pills metabolism) i'm not sure what you are being test for, so can't advise you there.
