Steroids: Are you sure he knew she was on steroids? It is usually not a good idea to abruptly stop steroids after so long a period as it can cause problems with ones immune system. Please contact the new doctor right away to make sure he did this on purpose. ...Read more

To try to maximize lung function prior to surgery, i will give a trial of steroids and repeat pfts after ~2 weeks.
