More frequent urination is a symptom in which a person is urinating (peeing) more times per day, than previously. More frequent urination can be normal, if a person has no ill symptoms but is just drinking more fluids.

Sounds like BPH: You describe common symptoms of BPH or bothersome urinary symptoms caused by enlarged prostate. Symptoms include weak stream, difficulty starting stream, hesitency, urinary frequency/urgency, nocturia. I would see your medical doctor.
