How helpful is recumbent bike in helping with weight loss? Any suggestions on what to aim for (duration/intensity)? Am 35, morbidly obese.
I think any : Excercise is a great start. I would also watch what gets put into your mouth. The good think about the bike is if you are very heavy it doesn't put that mu ch stress on your knees. I would advise you to visit your doc for a good physical prior to any new onset workout.
