Off the top of my head you are describing the early days of menopause. This would include mood swings, hot flashes, irregular and decreasing menstrual periods.

Need more info: Not knowing your complete medical history, but from what you report I assume you did not use contraception. If you are having emotional problems it is possible to affect your period.
