Not an issue: Your pills are absorbed in the small gut and the tea, whose main ingredient is senna, which stimulates the large bowel. The only value the tea has is to remedy constipation and can be a problem if used chronically as you might use as a supposed method to lose weight as it is advertised but not substantiated in anything I could find. ...Read more

No it will not: There is some concern that bilberry may interact with diabetes medications (lower blood sugar) or blood thinner medications (slow blood clotting). 1-2 percent: failure rate with birth control pills. SO. No matter how long you have been on the pill, you are at risk of pregnancy. Make your BF wear a condom EVERY time. Shouldn't: There are birth control pills intended for nursing moms. Mononessa is not one of them. While it would probably be ok, there are better pills to use during nursing. Specifically one of the progestin only pills would be preferred. Talk to your doctor. ...Read more

Relatively small but: Your risks of getting pregnant are relatively small (about 6 to 9 %) . Oral contraceptive pills certainly reduce but do not eliminate the risk of pregnancy. If you want to improve your odds of not getting pregnant, ask a knowledgeable and caring Gyn for an IUD or a subdermal implant which are the most effective Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives.
