I'd bet on the strep: Combination of Clavulanate/Amoxicillin and Doxycycline is quite a punch. Is the doxy for the URI or once/day dosing for acne? Was the strep diagnosed with positive throat swab because if not the whole thing might just be a viral infection. Either way, if your sick the illness itself is the most likely cause of your fatigue.
