Need more info: Possibly blocked hair follicles or sebaceous glands - like "blackheads". Some people get blocked sweat glands too, and they can get infected under the skin. Do you have something similar in the armpits? Pain ? Any pus? I would think though that these "spots" did not just start recently. ...Read more

Get it checked: You may or may not have a problem but any mole or pigmented lesion that is changing should be look at by your pcp or a dermatologist and evaluated on short order. As a lay person, you are not in a position to know the warning signs or symptoms or could mistake abnormal for normal. Do not chance it! get it looked at and make sure.
