How long does it take for a mole to fall off after treating it with iodine tincture?

It probably won't: I have never heard of treating a mole with iodine tincture. Iodine is not toxic enough to cause sloughing of skin. Best to have it seen by a dermatologist.

A wound is a wound: Tetanus is possible when any cut on the skin is contaminated by tetanus spores that are all around, predominantly in soils. It doesn't matter what made the cut if the exposure comes after the skin is open. The rusty nail is the classic source because it is on the ground to begin with when people step on it. Even if low risk it serves as a reminder to update your protection. If >10 yrs get the shot

Since tincture merthiolate, iodine, or mecreocochrome is not recommended for use anymore, what is a good medication for minor cuts. Thank you, john?

Maybe nothing: The best thing is to keep the wound clean by washing with soap and water 2-3 times/day. If you want to put something on it, Bacitracin ointment can be purchased without a prescription and should be fine.

See your doctor or: Dermatologists to check out your skin. Normally, bleaching agents do not work that well around moles, and you want s/her to look at your mole and document your finding.

Mole: Once it heals see a dermatologist to evaluate remaining mole. If it appears abnormal a biopsy is needed. Often times the mole that was irritated heals fine.

Apple cider vineger good to get a mole to fall off?

No: Vinegar is too weak to 'burn off" moles or skin lesions, although it might cause some irritation. Depending on the lesion, you may need help from a physician or dermatologist to evaluate and remove it, in case it is not actually a 'mole.'
