So, if you have anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea (causing mild dehydration), the maxzide (hydrocholorthiazide and triamterene) will make your dehydration worse due to obligatory urine (water) loss caused by maxzide (hydrocholorthiazide and triamterene) (a diuretic).
