Missed Periods: Can occur in certain medical conditions related to the ovaries and/or uterus in the absence of pregnancy. Some of these conditions can cause weight gain. I would recommend seeing your doctor for a physical exam and for labs. These labs can show if you have imbalances in the hormones that regulate your period. With these labs, I recommend getting your sugar and cholesterol checked. Best regards. ...Read more

Two months with no period plus weight gain-neg home pregnancy test husband had neg thyroid test Age 41 possible Causes?
At the extreme it could be the beginning of menopause. Your husbands results are not relevant. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Pms occurs about a week to two before your period starts. If these symptoms are not followed by a period then they are likely not premenstrual. However hormonal changes due to weight fluctuations, stress/anxiety, etc, may contribute to your symptoms.
If you want to regulate your cycle you can take birth control pills for this. Discuss with your doctor.

I tested today 2 days after missed period. Its negative. I got symptoms 1 week after sex. And continuous 2 days before miss period. Can I b pregnant?
Misinformed: Your symptoms are being incorrectly labeled by you as pregnancy symptoms when they are not. That would be impossible. You are not pregnant. The tests say no. ...Read more

Maybe: If you have been on Depo-Provera for awhile or started it on the 2nd or 3rd day of your last period, pregnancy is unlikely. Depo does cause irregular bleeding and then the absence of periods and this is likely to be the cause of the late period. It does not help with prevention of STDs though and the cramping could be a symptom of one of those. You need to use condoms to help decrease that risk, Be safe ...Read more

I have absolutely: No way to tell if you're pregnant. You, on the other hand, can find out by doing an hpt. By the way, your testosterone is mildly elevated and your tsh, while "normal" is not appropriate for age. See an endocrinologist about both. You're probably overweight and Insulin resistant, and may actually have some degree of pcos. ...Read more

I missed my period I last had intercouse 25 days ago I am spotting (12 days after missed period) Am I pregant?
Maybe: One can do a pregnancy test to find out. A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a regular period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. ...Read more
Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. ...Read more
