Unlikely: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Given the aberrant earlier results, it may be prudent to see your doctor for a blood test for HCG level. ...Read more

Very accurate: As long as you are following the directions, and preferably using first morning urine, the tests are very accurate, especially a full week after a missed period. If still in doubt, get a serum blood test which would have to be ordered by your doctor or repeat one more time in another week. ...Read more

Not necessarily : It can sometimes take several days after the missed period for a urine pregnancy test to turn positive. Because of that variation it is not very reliable to pinpoint exactly when you conceived. An early ultrasound would be more helpful. ...Read more
