Missed Periods: You can still be pregnant even being on the pill and with negative urine pregnancy tests. Different medications and certain foods could affect the potency of your birth control pill, especially antibiotics. So if you are sexually active and still haven't gotten a full period i would advise getting a blood pregnancy test. The spotting may not be your period but the implantation of the baby. ...Read more
