Sure it is!!: Get tested to see if you are pregnant. If you are, get in right away to see your OB. Get on prenatal vitamins with folic acid, hopefully you are already taking that. As long as you're having sex then you're at risk of becoming pregnant but that is not a guarantee of a pregnancy in any woman. Depends: Whether you can keep your wonderful news secret will depend on how you carry the baby. For some, "flowy" tops are all that is needed to look the same for months, while others seem to grow straight out and show at 3 months.
