Miscarriage Impaired Fertility
43 ttc after tubal reversal, cleared to conceive. LH surge is 24-48 , I'm having a longer surge CD11- 16? confused about timing OD to conceive. Help!
Lh, help: LH monitoring is useful but not terribly precise. It does not matter how "long" the test is positive, ovulations typically happen 24-48 hours after the start of the surge. Unless your test says specifically otherwise, you should use this. Kindly, pregnancy is quite rare in 43 year olds (no more than 10-15%) so I'd talk SOON with a fertility doctor about what you can do. Good luck ...Read more
Rarely ...: Most women don't have long-term effects on their fertility from past abortions. Women who have had a pregnancy in the uterus before may be more fertile than those who haven't. If abortion was years ago age may be a factor too. ...Read more

Looks like you are: Miscarrying. Unfortunately I have no idea how many weeks you are, and I also don't know if there was ever an ultrasound done to confirm an intrauterine embryo, and whether or not fetal heart tones were detected. I see you posted this question many hours ago, so I suspect you have sought emergency care already. If you haven't, please do. Wishing you the best. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

If both these things are correct you need to see an endocrinologist or a reproductive endocrinologist immediately! if this is an error, then sorry for the alarm. ...Read more
