Both in our early 30's, ttc for nearly 2 yrs. During those two years I've had two early miscarriages one been twins. Any medical advise?

At 9.5 weeks with twins, heartbeats were 167 and babies are 2.7cm & 3cm. At this point, what are the chances of miscarrying one or both twins?
Chances are lower: Obviously twins are a higher risk for complications than a single gestation but with 2 very healthy heartbeats you certainly can breathe somewhat easier.
