At 9.5 weeks with twins, heartbeats were 167 and babies are 2.7cm & 3cm. At this point, what are the chances of miscarrying one or both twins?
Chances are lower: Obviously twins are a higher risk for complications than a single gestation but with 2 very healthy heartbeats you certainly can breathe somewhat easier. Yes: Bleeding in pregnancy can be a sign of a miscarriage but it can also be caused by other things. However, depending on how good the ultrasound equipment is, and how certain the gestational age, its not always possible to see a heartbeat at 7 weeks.
