Depends on symptoms: In general if you are not bleeding or having significant cramps its very likely you are going to have a normal pregnancy. However, there are no guarantees. Probably not: If the baby (fetal pole) measures 7 weeks and there is no heartbeat seen, it is a miscarriage. The times when we aren't sure are if the fetal pole can't be clearly seen or if the dates are less than 6+ weeks. At that point, we might need to repeat the us in a week to be sure. Even if a miscarriage is diagnosed, you can take the time you need before doing anything about it like a d & c. ...Read more

U need to go: At 7 wks should be able to see a htbeat , u need to know everything is ok or not, after only 1 prev miscarriage your chances of a 2nd one are no greater than anyone else, if u have a 2nd one - hopefully not then your chances for a 3rd go up more. ...Read more
