What to do if I have little tiny bumps under my eyes and dark circles. Not so much puffiness though. I sleep a lot. Help!!! what can I do?

Family doctor: There are several medical conditions that come to mind, particularly Sjogren's syndrome especially fatigue and "brain fog". If the excess hair is new I would consider hormonal issues. Started having a headache around 8pm, went to sleep around 1am to try and ease it. I woke up with the same headache, it's this a problem? It's mostly on the left side with slight pain behind the left eye and seems to be a little worse if I lay down.

Thanks for the: Great job you guys do. If this is just a recent problem with long hours you may be just preoccupied and can try some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bed for a couple days. The eye issue though may be more difficult as it may be a contact in too long, a conjunctival abrasion, viral or allergic conjunctivitis. Have dr. Rutledge or your personal doctor take a look. For the last 4 weeks I have been getting tired spells where all I want to do is put my head down on a desk and sleep. It comes and goes. Coffee helps a little but not always. Food doesn't help much. No Change in sleeping or diet in last 3 months.

Not enough data: An entire history of your sleep habits needs to be obtained. Also a history of alcohol etc. Consumption, diet, work any otc meds. Bump on head.: You can get an egg like bump when you hit your head. Blood is trapped under a tissue covering the bone. This will resolve on its own. A baby's skull has "floating" bones that push away from each other as they grow larger until they are ready to knit/fuse. This makes it like a water balloon because gravity treats it the same.
