Yes: Mirapex is a Dopamine agonist, similar to requip, and Neupro (rotigotine) patch. The latter two are approved for restless leg syndrome, but the former does help rls. Gabapentin: Gabapentin has a well known side effect for causing sedation & making you feel drunk. That's why lowest dose is just 100mg daily. Talk to your doc about your concerns and ask about starting at lower dose. You can gradually work your way up to 3, 600mg daily total. Btw combination of Mirapex (pramipexole) & Neurontin aggravates side effects (http://goo.Gl/bpkgef). ...Read more
