Gabapentin: Gabapentin has a well known side effect for causing sedation & making you feel drunk. That's why lowest dose is just 100mg daily. Talk to your doc about your concerns and ask about starting at lower dose. You can gradually work your way up to 3, 600mg daily total. Supportive: Mirapex (pramipexole) is a Dopamine agonist. Dopamine in excess in your body will cause nausea, vominting and increase in blood pressure and heart rate. Standard therapy would be usuall decontamination if early overdose ( within and hour) inducing vomitng. If having symptoms go to er or notify your doctor.
