Miracle Of Juice Fasting Paavo Airola
See below: Normally, juice fasting is not for this length of time. Longer periods of fresh, organic juicing detoxification should be combined with appropriate supplements and sources of protein (such as easily digested rice protein). Detoxification is actually pretty sophisticated when done optimally and it is best to be followed by an alternative medicine provider who has expertise in body detox. ...Read more
What if I try juice fasting for 30days, I weight 160 height 5'3, im just stuck in a plateu lost 25lbs exercising & dieting but now I can't seem to loose?
Weights, not fasting: First, congrats on losing 25 pounds! The key to weight loss is your energy expenditure needs to be greater than intake. What kind of exercises are you doing? While low impact and cardiovascular exercises are great, incorporating strength training is just as important. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you burn at rest. ...Read more
I weight 160 and my height is 5'3 and im 21 years old, I want to try the juice fasting is it safe for me?
Not most effective: If you do it for a short period of time it's not harmful but I don't think its the best way to lose weight! you're going to shock your body, most likely consume less calories than your resting metabolic rate (calories burned by sitting and doing nothing)! this method of weight loss can cause a slow down in metabolism. When you go back to your regular diet, you may gain the weight back or worse! ...Read more

Www. Fatsickandnearlydead. Comthey recommend fasting with only vegie juice, this means no protein. Doesn't this mean your body will consume muscles?
Fasting blood sugar was 110 this morning. Went to 88 half hour after juice for breakfast. Back up to 116 an hour after lunch. Is this a good range?
No: Ideally your fasting sugars should be below 110. I prefer less than 105. Your one hour test is to soon. You should be testing 2 hours after a meal. ...Read more
I have constipation since I start fasting, been 3weeks now. Pooed everyday but stools are hard n round. Drinked juices n ate fruit but no change. Help?
Constipation: Best thing to do first is make sure you are getting plenty of fiber intake and plenty of water. This will resolve most cases of constipation. If that does not work, you can add a magnesium supplement. I like magnesium glycinate. You can gradually increase the dose until your stools are soft. If all of that does not work (unlikely), y9ou can try a stool softener like docusate sodium. Good luc ...Read more
Juice fasting: Can cause drug side effects or interactions for meds one is on, exacerbate metabolic issues such as diabetes, cause electrolyte disturbances and other bad things. If one gets tingling and numbness, id stop as these are likely "nerve or circulation " issues. And if diet can hinder hands then the other more important nerves and blood vessels like the ones in your brain or heart. Can be next! ...Read more

Fungal infections and seborrhea require a different treatment; clusters of infected hairs tend to self-cure explaining internet testimonials of "natural cures". Get smart and proactive. ...Read more
Is juice fasting recommended for liver detoxification related alcoholism? If yes, should we include honey to support our liver's energy demand?
Fasting blood sugar 181.8, hba1c > 7%, taking all vitamins, exercise 6 hrs/week, eat no sugar, eat high fibre, drink water, juice, wt. 67kilo, ht 5'5"?
Look into Paleo: Your lab numbers suggest you're on the path to diabetes. Even though you don't eat "sugar" any fiber or starch that your body can digest turns into sugar and fruit juice is sugar. Even things like diary that is thought of as healthy has sugar (lactose is a type of sugar). A person with lab numbers like yours has to limit all sugars and heal the damage. The paleo approach can help you do both. ...Read more
I started a juicing diet with a bunch of fruits a veggies I make 10oz twice a day and drink plenty of waterbut I have a headache am I not eating enoug?
Not right way:
This is not the correct way to loose weight by juicing. You can only loose weight by proper nutrition, changing your eating habits in well balanced meals low in carbs, avoiding simple sugars.Diet should be low in total calories depending on how much you need to loose, and inclusive of fruits, vegetables, poultry, fish and tree nuts but limited calories. And exercise to burn some calories
that's the way. ...Read more

High vitamin C:
Camu Camu has very high levels of vitamin C. We know that vitamin C is helpful, but 1) there is no evidence that vitamin C from Camu Camu would be any better for us than that from other supplements; 2) the amount of vitamin C in a given amount of Camu Camu is not reported or regulated, so there's going to be a lot of variation in your actual dose. I can't recommend it. ...Read more
Why give it at all: I'm not a big supporter of juices. The kids get more nutrition from the orange wedges than they get from juice. The same goes for grape, apple etc. I'm afraid many of the adult obesity problems we see are related to a preoccupation with sweet things we train babies to want in infancy. Water is a great drink, fruits are a part of a great diet. Juices are basically baby colas. ...Read more
