Probably: If you are taking a combined estrogen/progesterone pill, and took all of the first 7 pills on time, the you will likely be ok. Unless you miss 3 pills of combined pills you shouldn't need back up contraception or Plan B. Are you sure?: Some birth control pill have 21 active pills and 7 blanks. If you miss 1 or more pills during the 7 blank days, nothing will happen because these pills contain inactive ingredients only. But you must be sure it was not an active one.
