Mineral Oil Laxative Dose
Miralax (polyethylene glycol) ; Fish Oil: There is no reason that you cannot use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and take fish oil ;/or flex seed oil capsules. I would recommend that you do not take them at the same time of day. One could affect the absorption of the other. Separate doses of MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and fish oil by at least 2 hours. ...Read more

Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

Safe but not best Mg: It is totally safe but magnesium oxide is a very poorly-absorbed form of magnesium- it may work as a laxative but won't raise your magnesium levels! you would be far better off taking magnesium glycinate, taurate or citrate! see http://drcarolyndean.Com/magnesium_miracle/. ...Read more
They should not: For the most part, dietary fibers don't really bind to much except good at holding onto water (thus softening stool) and so does not prevent absorption of nutrients. So don't worry, take your fibers. Most of us in the good us of a don't consume enough fibers. If you can, do it for better health. If you have concerns, consult doc. Good luck. ...Read more
Not a great idea: at 16 years of age you should not be using laxatives at all without a physician supervision. I doubt that your physician would advise the use of any oil based laxatives. I think you would do well with 8-10 glasses of water daily, bran, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. ...Read more
