I have a milky white discharge that have a foul fishy odor what could this be?

BV: Sometimes disturbances to the natural bacteria in your vagina (douching, irregular bleeding, unprotected sex, etc) can allow abnl bacteria like Gardnerella to overgrow and cause a fishy odor. It's not sexually transmitted, but can be treated w/ Metronidazole (Flagyl)/Clindamycin/Boric Acid. See your GYN for a prescription and be examined for other potential causes. Nothing urgent/dangerous though.

Vaginal discharge?: Rough few weeks. If that's white vaginal discharge, likely is a candidal (yeast) infection, from the antibiotics; usually thick, cottage cheesy, itchy maybe. Generally treated with antifungals, topically or orally. Call your doc.

Exam and testing: Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and often has a vaginal odor. May be normal: If you could have been exposed to a sexually transmitted infection, you should be checked, but vaginal discharge is often normal. Estrogen is produced by the ovaries and causes the vaginal tissue to secrete mucous. A white milky discharge is often totally normal, especially if it does not have a bad odor itch or burn.

Milky white discharge red dry irritated skin on inner labias dry peeling skin on clitoris musky and metallic smell after sex with a condom?

Milky white discharge red dry irritated skin on inner labias dry peeling skin on clitoris musky and metallic smell after sex with a condom?

Poss yeast vaginitis: Discharge and redness are very consistent with a yeast vaginitis, but findings could potentially be related to allergy or sensitivity to the material in condoms or lubricant. I suggest starting with an exam from your doctor or gynecologist. Yeast infection is very treatable with both vaginal inserts and oral medication and is not considered STD.
