Only organic soy;but: Goat milk is perfectly safe. There are some concerns about soy because it has isoflavones that act like estrogens, but research suggests it's safe during pregnancy. ToLeakOrNotToLeak: There's a small chance of that, but before you jump to that conclusion you should make sure it's not from other treatable causes, like certain medications, thyroid problems, endocrine/pituitary,etc. It's a pretty straightforward investigation so find a good internist or endocrinologist (or even a bad one who knows how to read a protocol). See MD: Likely that is related to frequent stimuli- from your husband. To stop it, you have to stop the over stimulation to the breast.
