Is it safe to drink soy milk and pasteurized goats milk? I am 11 weeks pregnant.

Is it safe to drink soy milk and pasteurized goats milk? I am 11 weeks pregnant.

Only organic soy;but: Goat milk is perfectly safe. There are some concerns about soy because it has isoflavones that act like estrogens, but research suggests it's safe during pregnancy. But i advise not drinking much during the first trimester to be extra cautious ; i strongly advise avoiding milk made with gmo soy, which is almost all soy that is not labeled organic. Ovulation can happen within 3 weeks. ...Read more

Is it normal for your breats to produce some milk even if youre not pregnant?

ToLeakOrNotToLeak: There's a small chance of that, but before you jump to that conclusion you should make sure it's not from other treatable causes, like certain medications, thyroid problems, endocrine/pituitary,etc. It's a pretty straightforward investigation so find a good internist or endocrinologist (or even a bad one who knows how to read a protocol).
