I have been on Pexola 0.25mg nocte for Retless leg Syndrome. I have been waking up about 4 or 5 am with severe pain in my lower legs. I usually take a Disprin followed by Hot milk with Honey.

Increase dose: I would assume that you are taking Pramipexol, generic name for Pexola. Please, alway provide generic names since trade names are different in different countries. Increase dose of Pramipexol gradually until you can sleep all night - maximum dose is about 2 grams. Hey man!: You need a good relationship with a sensible, reality-based physician. Gilbert's is a non-disease and taking milk thistle -- a "pop" remedy for "liver disease" that has failed most but not all scientific studies -- was a waste of your money and health. An economical daily vitamin-and-mineral mix that's not over-heavy on a is a good choice. And enjoying your body ; sexuality is not a health problem. ...Read more

Probably ok: Milk thistle is not studied by the FDA, but I haven't heard any harmful effects from it. Perhaps your pharmacist can advise you as he/she has access to information regarding many supplements. ...Read more
